The optimization of the Mapping Assay on the original Mapping 10K Array is described in the following Technical Note, along with additional experiments to cover development of the Mapping 10K 2.0 Array. In addition, concordance data between the original Mapping 10K Array and the Mapping 10K 2.0 Array is provided, allowing researchers to evaluate the performance of the Mapping Assay between the firstand second-generation 10K products.
